Dorm Quilt

I'm heading off to my freshman year of college in just 3 weeks so I made this quilt done for my dorm room! I'm so happy with how it turned out!

Usually I can pick fabrics for projects right away but I had to go to the fabric store several times before I could finally choose the fabrics for this quilt. Making a quilt this large is a big time commitment and is pretty expensive so I had to make sure I really liked it. 

I made a matching quilted pillow. 

I also made a fleece flower pillow (I have a tutorial for it).

I love the crinkly texture of homemade quilts!
